Mosquito Control for Your Home

Dead Mosquitoes

One of the quickest ways to ruin your fun outdoors is by being overrun with mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are not only uninvited guests in your yard, they’re also annoyances that can bite and—worst case—spread disease.

What We Know About Mosquitoes

  • Mosquitoes require standing or stagnant water for the competition of their lifecycle and are therefore attracted to areas where water can be found.
  • Mosquitoes live for approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Only female mosquitoes feed on blood and will actively seek out animals to bite.
  • A female can produce up to 100 eggs at a time, causing their population to rapidly increase.
  • Mosquitoes are responsible for the spread of many dangerous and sometimes deadly diseases, such as West Nile Virus and Malaria, to name a few.
  • How Mosquito Control Works

When your yard is treated for mosquitoes, a barrier is formed that eliminates existing mosquitoes as well other common yard insects like ticks. The smell from the mosquito spray keeps other mosquitoes from frequenting the area, in effect repelling them. Additionally, any mosquitoes currently in the larval stage when the area is treated will be eliminated as well.

    Traditional Mosquito Treatment

Our traditional mosquito treatment is able to reduce up to 85-90% of your yard’s adult mosquito and tick population. This barrier treatment lasts up to 21 days and will need to be reapplied every three weeks for optimum protection and yard maintenance.

    Natural Mosquito Treatment

For those interested, we also offer an all-natural mosquito repellant option. With this solution, our technicians strategically treat your yard or outdoor area with a spray that uses a patented combination of essential oils to repel adult mosquitoes on-contact. This natural treatment will need to be reapplied every 14 days to maintain protection and is up to 70-75% effective.
